Judge White has presided over the Cook County Circuit Court since 1986 after having served as hearing officer for the Illinois Secretary of State, Regional Director of the US Department of Labor and was a solo practitioner.  Judge White received his JD (cum laude) from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.  He is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit, the US District Court of Northern Illinois, and the US Court of Military Appeals.
